Passport services will usually be available at
Turner Memorial Library on:
Monday: 9:00 to 1:00, 2:00 to 6:00
Tuesday: 10:30 to 1:00, 2:00 to 6:45
Wednesday: 9:00 to1:00, 2:00 to 5:15
Thursday: 9:00to 1:00, 2:00 to 6:45
Sunday: 10:00 to 1:45
An appointment isn't necessary, but calling ahead is advisable.
What you need to bring:
- Evidence of citizenship (birth certificate with embossed seal and the filing date of birth, naturalization certificate or your latest valid passport.
- Two identical photos 2" x 2" taken within the last 6 months
- Valid driver's license or military ID

Passport application fees:
- 16 years old and over - $100
Under 16 - $85
New Passport card - valid for land border travel and sea ports of entry (Canda, Mexico, Caribbean and Bermuda only).
First time adult Passport Card application fee - $45
First time child Passport Card application fee - $35
(Current passport holders' Passport Card fee - $20)
Complete Passport services (including photos)
are available at the Presque Isle U.S. Post Office
Monday through Friday, 9 A.M. to 1 P.M.
